Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with solid experience in claimant personal injury litigation.
• Proven Multi-Track experience is essential.
• Experience handling complex and higher-value personal injury claims.
• Strong knowledge of the litigation process and Civil Procedure Rules.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of claimant personal injury matters, dealing with a varied range of litigated claims.
• Take responsibility for more complex and substantial cases.
• Prepare pleadings, witness statements, schedules of loss and other litigation documents.
• Advise clients throughout the litigation process and maintain client relationships.
