Job summary

BCL Legal is seeking a Fast Track Personal Injury Solicitor for its Sheffield office. You will manage a fast track caseload from instruction to settlement or trial, handling RTA, EL and PL claims. The role is office-based in Sheffield with salary up to £40,000 depending on experience.

You will draft pleadings, statements, and Part 36 offers while delivering excellent client care in a supportive team. The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor or CILEX with rights to practise, able to work

A well-established claimant firm is looking to appoint a Fast Track Personal Injury Solicitor to join its Sheffield office.

This is a great opportunity for a solicitor or CILEX-qualified lawyer with experience handling litigated RTA, EL and PL claims who is looking to join a supportive team with a strong pipeline of quality work.

The role will involve managing your own fast track caseload from instruction through to settlement or trial, including drafting pleadings, witness statements, schedules of loss and Part 36 offers, while ensuring excellent client care throughout.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with practising rights
