Bydand Recruitment Services Limited is recruiting a Personal Injury - RTA - Solicitor to join a specialist Defendant RTA team. The role handles motor claims for insurer clients with complex issues and high value disputes.

The position is based in Birmingham or Newport with hybrid flexibility. You will manage fast and multi-track cases, drafting pleadings and working closely with counsel to secure favorable outcomes.

• Location:Birmingham or Newport
• Salary:Up to £50,000 (Dependent on Experience)
• Experience:Solicitor Claimant or Defendant with RTA experience

Managing a caseload of complex motor cases

• Manage your own caseload of RTA claims (fast & multi-track)
• Draft pleadings, instruct counsel and attend strategic case conferences
• Analyse expert medical and liability evidence to drive successful outcomes
• Collaborate with senior solicitors on high-profile litigation
