Job summary

Clear Legal & Financial Recruitment seeks an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join the team across Leigh, Warrington, Westhoughton or Whitefield in Greater Manchester. You will manage a varied PI caseload and handle claims including road traffic, public liability, and clinical negligence, while building strong client relationships.

The role requires 3+ years' PQE, independence, and confidence in using court portals and claim management systems.

Qualifications

• Be a qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE.
• Have demonstrable experience in Personal Injury.
• Have experience handling a broad range of personal injury claims.
• Be confident managing a caseload independently.
• Be self sufficient, organised and able to work effectively across a branch based structure.
• Be computer literate and confident using relevant legal technology.
• Have experience using claim management software.
• Have experience using the Claims Portal, Court Portal and High Court Portal.
• Have excellent communication and client care skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied personal injury caseload.
• Handling accidents at work, excluding most industrial disease matters.
