Law Staff Ltd is seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor for a leading Legal 500 firm in the North West of England. You will manage a varied caseload with support across the business, benefiting from firm-wide sourcing and a strong collaborative culture.

You'll handle claims across road traffic, public liability, and accidents at work while maintaining professional relationships with clients and colleagues. The role offers hybrid working, competitive benefits, and ongoing training opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Accidents at work, generally excluding industrial disease claims.
• Public liability claims, including trips, slips and similar accidents.
• Road traffic accidents, generally excluding whiplash claims.
• Clinical negligence claims, excluding cases against therapists or mental health practitioners where there is no physical injury.
• Defendant cases, including claims involving uninsured defendants.
