Law Staff Legal Recruitment is seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor to join a leading Legal 500 firm in the North West. The role offers a varied and supportive caseload, with hybrid working and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will handle accidents at work, public liability, road traffic and clinical negligence cases, including defendant matters, building strong relationships across the business and contributing to a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with personal injury claims and caseload handling.
• Familiarity with claims portals and portal-based processes.
• Understanding of how to manage defendant cases and complex claims.

Responsibilities

• Handle accidents at work and public liability claims.
• Work on road traffic accidents and clinical negligence claims within defined parameters.
• Manage defendant cases including uninsured defendants and related issues.

• Accidents at work, generally excluding industrial disease claims.
• Public liability claims, including trips, slips and similar accidents.
• Road traffic accidents, generally excluding whiplash claims.
• Clinical negligence claims, excluding cases against therapists or mental health practitioners where there is no physical injury.
• Defendant cases, including claims involving uninsured defendants.
