Job summary

Carpenters Group is seeking a skilled professional to manage a caseload of litigated and non-litigated personal injury claims up to £100,000. You will progress cases from instruction to resolution with sound legal judgement and cost-effective outcomes for clients and stakeholders.

The role requires experience in PI claims, familiarity with RTA Portals, and a strong focus on client care and communication. Hybrid working and ongoing professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience handling claimant caseloads including litigated and non-litigated PI claims.
• Knowledge of CPR, rules, and timely progression of claims.
• Ability to work with insurers, solicitors, and clients professionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of PI claims up to £100,000 from instruction to resolution.
• Provide clear written and oral advice on litigation risks as appropriate.
• Attend conferences, hearings and relevant meetings as needed.
• Liaise with external agencies and maintain regular client updates.
