Carpenters Group in the UK seeks an experienced claimant case handler to manage a caseload of litigated and non-litigated personal injury claims up to £100,000, from initial instruction to resolution. You will apply robust legal judgment to progress claims efficiently for clients and stakeholders.

You will work across the full lifecycle, liaising with solicitors, insurers and medical providers, maintaining regular client updates, and contributing to mentoring colleagues.

Formación

• Experience running claimant caseload of litigated and non-litigated PI claims within all RTA Portals and the former Multi Track.
• Ability to run El/PL or OL cases would be an advantage.
• Experience working to fee/settlement targets and mentoring colleagues.
• Good knowledge of CPR and relevant law for timely progression.
• Excellent customer care and clear written/oral advice.
• Strong communication with external agencies during claims.

Responsabilidades

• Efficiently manage a caseload of PI claims up to £100,000.
• Provide gold standard customer care throughout the lifecycle of the claim.
• Pursue all heads of loss to maximise damages where appropriate.
• Obtain appropriate medical and non-medical evidence.
• Use PI Calculator to progress cases efficiently.
• Issue proceedings via Court Portal and attend conferences if needed.
• Advise on litigation risks and cost risks to customers.
