Job summary

Carpenters Group seeks an experienced solicitor or CILEx to manage a portfolio of litigated and non-litigated personal injury claims up to £100,000. You will run the full lifecycle of cases, from instruction to resolution, applying CPR knowledge and coordinating with medical and insurance stakeholders.

You will mentor colleagues, manage risks, and ensure timely progress while maintaining excellent client care and effective communication with all parties involved.

Qualifications

• Experience running own claimant caseload of litigated and non-litigated personal injury claims within all RTA Portals and the former Multi Track (now Intermediate Track).
• Willingness to mentor and develop colleagues.
• Good knowledge of the CPR and relevant case law; progress claims promptly.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of litigated and non-litigated personal injury claims up to £100,000.
• Lead on ensuring customers receive high-quality care and timely updates.
• Pursue all heads of loss and use medical/non-medical evidence as appropriate.
