Part-time Personal Assistant

£24.00 per hour

My client is seeking a Part-Time, temporary Personal Assistant to provide support to the Founder.

The role is an excellent opportunity for a temporary Personal Assistant looking to develop their career by working closely with recruitment professionals. This company provides a unique experience by offering a dedicated team of industry professionals who collaborate to create transformable and sustainable results. This is an ever-evolving industry, with a temporary position, spanning 6 months, available supporting the Founder in maintaining the smooth operations of the business. It is hybrid role, based in the city of London that places high value on a work-life balance.

Overview:

  • Temporary: 6 months
  • City of London
  • Part-Time: 4 days per week.
  • Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Office Days, 1 Flexible working from home day. Either Monday or Friday.
  • 4.5 hours per day. Hours: 12:30pm- 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage appointment bookings with candidates and clients
  • Frontline contact with client EA’s
  • Assist with planning company travel including booking trains and flights
  • Internal liaison with Accounts and HQ
  • Manage presentations and proposals including board reports and retainer pitches
  • Support with coordinating and managing calendars
  • Utilising programs, such as LinkedIn, to reach out to potential contacts
