Personal Assistant, Climate Change WC2 (hybrid, 1 yr FTC)

Are you a bright, articulate, and capable Team Assistant with a minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a corporate environment?

Are you a confident and clear communicator, able to liaise with people at all levels?

If you have an interest in climate change and a natural ability for organising and prioritising, we’d love to hear from you.

Our client is a leading climate change organisation seeking a Team Assistant to support 3 Directors. You will work closely with an Executive Assistant who will be a great sounding board and mentor.

What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Coordinating diaries, meetings, and travel
  • Liaising with global stakeholders
  • Creating reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Liaising with internal and external contacts at all levels
  • Organising lunches, dinners, and conference calls
  • Providing ad hoc support to Operations, Finance, and HR
