Personal Assistant – Investment Management - City

Paying £44k + excellent bens including 9% pension, super bonus, onsite gym, and much more!

Hybrid working (3 days in the office)

Hours are 9-5pm

Our client is one of the UK’s leading investment management firms based in the City and is looking for a PA to support a leadership team. This is a role with extensive diary and meeting coordination, so experience in this area is essential. The company is well-established and reputable, committed to delivering value for clients and contributing to society through sustainable achievements and creating a lasting legacy.

Key PA responsibilities:

  1. Manage the leadership team daily to ensure deadlines are met by assessing and prioritising tasks.
  2. Diary management – handling conflicting demands, recognising the importance of meetings, and prioritising accordingly.
  3. Creating reports and presentations for internal and external clients/stakeholders.
  4. Providing administrative support, including managing management information, spreadsheets, databases, and project updates.
  5. Conducting research into specific areas as required.
  6. Arranging travel schedules, including detailed itineraries and materials for business trips.
  7. Proactive and efficient email/inbox management.
  8. Liaising with clients and stakeholders where appropriate.
  9. Providing general administrative support and covering for other PAs during absences.

Key experience and skills:

  1. At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a regulated financial services environment, such as Investment or Wealth Management.
  2. Proven diary management and meeting coordination skills.
  3. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.
  4. Broad understanding of corporate governance is desirable.
