Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Assist in HR administrative duties, including onboarding, maintaining employee records, and coordinating training sessions.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and operations.
  • Organise and maintain office systems and procedures.
  • Support the HR team with recruitment processes and employee engagement activities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a seasoned Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role within Financial Services.
  • Degree from Russel Group University.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
