Our client, a dynamic, international law firm based in the centre of Leeds, is seeking a proactive PA to support 4 busy Partners. Their collaborative approach with clients fosters a highly involving team culture. They are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable PA eager to advance their career within the legal sector.

PA to Partners

Location: Leeds

Salary: £35,000 per annum. Full Time. Hybrid

Contract: Permanent

As the PA to 4 busy Partners and their teams, you will play a pivotal role in managing daily activities, working to tight deadlines and under pressure. This role offers exposure across various areas the firm specializes in globally. Opportunities include project support and relationship management, expanding beyond traditional PA tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Provide daily administrative support, managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring efficient daily operations.
  • Communication Management: Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings, arrange logistics, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
  • Document Management: Handle confidential documents and assist in preparing reports, presentations, and materials.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Task and Deadline Management: Support partners in managing tasks, projects, and deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
  • Client Interaction: Interact professionally with clients, maintaining confidentiality and assisting with inquiries.
  • Office Support: Ensure all administrative tasks are completed effectively.
  • BD, Marketing, and Relationship Support: Attend business development meetings, assist with actions, and participate in planning client events.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven 2+ years’ experience as a Personal Assistant; legal background not required but beneficial.
