Personal/Home Care Assistant

I am looking for outgoing Personal Assistants to work as part of a team supporting my 18-year-old daughter with complex health needs.

My daughter enjoys socialising, learning about history, and engaging in creative and 'girly' activities.

She requires support with her daily needs and benefits from assistants who are observant, patient, proactive, and flexible.

The part-time role involves hours between 7.30 am and 8.00 pm, occasionally overnight shifts from 8.00 pm to 8.00 am. Shifts vary from 6 to 12 hours over a seven-day schedule. We are considering one or two candidates to cover these hours.

Additional hours may be available for holiday or sick cover of other staff members.

All relevant training will be provided. An enhanced DBS (Police check) is required, and the employer will cover the cost.

Pay rate: £12.00 per hour.

A pension scheme will be offered, subject to eligibility.
