Personal Assistant: We're looking for a confident and professional Personal Assistant (PA) to support two members of our Executive Team. In this key role, you'll help them achieve their goals by managing busy schedules, keeping priorities on track and making sure everything runs smoothly.
As the first point of contact for the executives you support, you'll build strong relationships with colleagues across Ageas, senior leaders, suppliers and business partners. You'll manage communications, coordinate meetings and help ensure important information reaches the right people at the right time.
You’ll also work with highly confidential information every day, preparing documents, presentations and reports with accuracy and professionalism. This is a varied role where you'll need to think ahead, stay organised and use your initiative to keep things moving in a fast-paced environment.
