We're looking for an Ancillary Performance Executive to join our Ancillary Product Management team and help drive the performance and growth of Ageas' ancillary income streams. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded individual who enjoys influencing decisions that deliver both customer value and business growth.
You’ll be based from any Ageas office once every fortnight, with the rest of your time working in our flexible hybrid model.
Working with Finance, Pricing, Underwriting, Marketing, Claims, Trading and Change teams, you’ll play a key role in understanding how our products and customer journeys are performing, identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting initiatives that optimise revenue, profitability and customer outcomes.
Operating in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you’ll provide robust performance reports, forecasting and commercial insight that helps shape trading decisions and supports the continued development of our ancillary proposition. You’ll be responsible for monitoring MI, business performance against plan, identifying emerging risks and opportunities, and providing recommendations that help drive sustainable growth.
A significant part of the role will involve evaluating customer behaviour, product performance and value measures to help improve customer outcomes and ensure fair value and Consumer Duty principles remain central to decision-making. You’ll also contribute to proposition development, trading initiatives and controlled testing activity, helping the business understand what works best for our customers and where future opportunities exist.
Alongside this, you’ll support forecasting, budgeting and scenario planning activities, contribute to business cases and commercial modelling, including customer lifetime value analysis, and provide insight into competitor activity and broader market trends. Through building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, you’ll help turn insight into action and contribute to the profitable growth of our ancillary portfolio.
We’re looking for someone with experience within the general insurance industry, ideally in a commercial, trading, analytical or product-focused role, who is passionate about improving performance and delivering better outcomes for customers. You’ll have strong commercial and financial awareness, with experience of performance reporting, forecasting, budgeting and commercial analysis. You’ll also be comfortable using data to tell a story, translating complex information into clear recommendations that support business decisions.
You’ll bring experience of commercial modelling, business case development and customer lifetime value analysis, together with a good understanding of ancillary products, customer journeys, product governance and Consumer Duty requirements within Personal Lines insurance. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to build relationships, influence decisions and work collaboratively across a variety of teams. We’re also looking for someone who is organised, proactive, commercially curious and able to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a high attention to detail.
