Job summary

Ageas is seeking a Workplace Experience Host for part-time hours in Manchester. The role sits within the Facilities team, delivering professional operational support to create a welcoming and productive workplace for colleagues, visitors and partners.

You will own day-to-day activities, build strong cross‑company relationships and help drive service improvements. Key duties include providing excellent customer service, using Microsoft Office and workplace systems, and maintaining organisation

Job Title: Workplace Experience Host
Target Start Date: 10th September
Contract Type: Part Time, 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 07:30–12:30.
Location: Manchester

Workplace Experience Host: As a Workplace Host, you will help create a welcoming, safe and productive workplace where colleagues, visitors and partners can thrive. Working as part of the Facilities team, you will provide professional operational support across a range of workplace services, ensuring our offices run smoothly and deliver a positive experience for everyone who uses them. You will take ownership of day-to-day workplace activities, build strong relationships across the business and continuously look for ways to improve processes, services and technology.
