Trevett Project Services is seeking a proactive Permit Coordinator to join a buzzing, iconic site in Wembley. You will drive safety and compliance by reviewing RAMS, issuing permits, and monitoring isolations, while coordinating contractor activity on and off-site.

The role offers variety in maintenance projects, with early interview in November and potential overtime on event days to support a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in RAMS review and permit approval processes.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with contractors and internal teams.
• Experience with permit-to-work systems and isolation management.
• CAFM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead induction and permit processes for contractors and team members.
• Review RAMS to ensure works are carried out safely and compliantly.
• Manage Permit to Work implementation and adherence across activities.
• Monitor isolations and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance documentation is complete and audit-ready.
