Key duties include leading permit processes, tracking isolations, and ensuring compliant documentation, with CAFM experience considered a bonus. There is potential for overtime on event days and a focus on teamwork and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Induction & Permit Processes: Guide and support contractors and team members in the induction process and permit issuance as part of a close-knit team.
• Review and Approve RAMS: Assess Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) to ensure works are carried out safely and in compliance with standards.
• Permit to Work Management: Ensure the correct Permit to Work is implemented and maintained for all activities.
• Monitoring Isolations: Record and track Electrical and Mechanical Isolations, ensuring proper documentation is completed and maintained.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance documentation is accurate, properly filed, and audit-ready for internal and external reviews.
• Incident Investigation: Lead and participate in the investigation of accidents, incidents, and near misses to identify and mitigate potential risks.
