Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Experience using spray-painting equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Solid understanding of health and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Preparing surfaces prior to painting, including cleaning, sanding and masking.
• Mixing and applying paint using spray equipment.
• Achieving a consistent, high-quality finish.
• Inspecting finished work and carrying out touch-ups.
• Following health and safety procedures and workplace regulations.
• Maintaining a clean and organised working area.
• Working to production targets and deadlines.
• Reporting any defects or issues to the supervisor.
