Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces prior to painting: cleaning, sanding and masking.

• Achieve consistent, high-quality finishes and inspect finished work.
• Carry out touch-ups and report defects to supervisor.
• Follow health and safety procedures and maintain a clean, organised workspace.
• Work to production targets and deadlines, sustaining quality control.

The Role

As a Paint Sprayer, you will be responsible for preparing and spraying a range of components to a high standard, ensuring all work meets quality and production requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing surfaces prior to painting, including cleaning, sanding and masking
• Mixing and applying paint using spray equipment
• Achieving a consistent, high-quality finish
• Inspecting finished work and carrying out any necessary touch-ups
• Following health and safety procedures and workplace regulations
• Maintaining a clean and organised working area
• Working to production targets and deadlines
• Reporting any defects or issues to the relevant supervisor

About You

The ideal candidate will have:
