Permanent Futures Limited is seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer to join our manufacturing team in a busy production environment. You will prepare surfaces, apply paints and coatings, and finish products to a high standard while adhering to production schedules.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience working in a fast-paced setting where productivity and quality are equally important.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, masking, sanding, and priming.
• Apply paint and coatings using spray equipment to achieve a consistent, high-quality finish.
• Follow production schedules while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
• Carry out quality inspections to ensure finished products meet specification.
• Mix paints and coatings accurately in line with technical requirements.
• Maintain spray equipment and ensure work areas are clean, safe, and organised.
• Identify and report any defects or quality concerns promptly.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets and customer expectations.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental procedures.
