• Good understanding of health and safety requirements in a workshop.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces prior to painting: cleaning, sanding and masking.
• Mix and apply paint using spray equipment to a high standard.
• Achieve consistent, high-quality finishes and inspect finished work.
• Carry out touch-ups and report defects to supervisor.
• Follow health and safety procedures and maintain a clean, organised workspace.
• Work to production targets and deadlines, sustaining quality control.
