Job summary

Premier Inn in Llanelli is recruiting for a Ground Floor Team Member on a permanent contract. You will help check guests in, serve meals, and ensure guests have a smooth stay. This role includes evenings, weekends and busy periods.

Hours are 16 per week, with a pay rate of up to £13.06 per hour. No hotel experience is required; friendly, calm individuals who enjoy helping others are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
