Job summary

Boston Scientific seeks a Business Unit Manager to lead the Peripheral Interventions marketing and sales strategy for the UK & Ireland. You will drive strategic planning, market development, customer segmentation and portfolio execution across PI therapy areas, aligning with Northern Cluster, EMEA and global divisional strategies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant commercial experience, including leadership of diverse teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, science, business or related discipline.
• Fluent English with the ability to operate across UKI and international matrix environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the UKI PI strategic plan, annual operating plan and commercial priorities.
• Own business performance across the PI portfolio, monitor forecast gaps and take corrective actions.
• Manage the division P&L, revenue, margin and operating expenses.
• Lead adoption and growth of PI franchises in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Build relationships with senior accounts, KOLs, procurement stakeholders and external organisations.
