Job summary

BD in the UK is seeking a dynamic Cardiovascular Sales professional to join our Cardiology Sales Team focused on expanding our TAVI portfolio across the North of England and the wider UK & Ireland.

You will engage with leading cardiology centres, NHS and private providers, travel up to 80% of the time, deliver in-theatre case support, training and education to clinicians, and collaborate with marketing to drive growth and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education preferred.
• Proven track record in medical device sales.
• Experience in or exposure to cardiology procedures is highly desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general PC literacy.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt communication style to build effective customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Self-motivated with a passion for sales and a drive to achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Execute the sales strategy to achieve territory objectives.
• Manage full sales cycle: identify needs, present solutions, negotiate contracts.
• Represent the company at national and international congresses and industry events.
• Provide in-field training and education to physicians and clinical teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing on training initiatives.
• Analyse market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Engage key opinion leaders to support clinical advancements.
• Ensure CRM data accuracy for territory management.
• Lead tender and contract processes to win new business.
