BD in Winnersh, UK, seeks a dynamic Cardiovascular Sales Specialist to drive adoption of TAVI products across NHS and private centres in the UK & Ireland. You will engage interventional cardiologists, cath lab teams, and procurement, delivering clinical and commercial value with in-theatre case support.

The role requires a proven medical device sales track record, cardiology exposure, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education preferred.
• Proven track record in medical device sales.
• Experience in or exposure to cardiology procedures is highly desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general PC literacy.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt communication style to build effective customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Self-motivated with a passion for sales and a drive to achieve results.

Responsabilités

• Support existing and acquisition of new customers in the assigned territory and achieve the sales objectives.
• Execute the sales strategy to achieve territory objectives and support business unit goals.
• Manage the full sales cycle: identify customer needs, present solutions, conduct trials, negotiate contracts, and close opportunities.
• Represent the company at national and international congresses and industry events.
• Provide in-field training and education to physicians and clinical teams.
• Collaborate with local and EU Marketing Managers on training and coaching initiatives.
• Analyse market trends to identify growth opportunities and drive market penetration.
• Engage key opinion leaders to support clinical advancements and improved patient outcomes.
• Ensure accurate CRM usage to support territory management.
• Lead tender and contract processes to secure new business and maintain existing accounts.
