Job summary

Boston Scientific Corporation is seeking a Business Unit Manager for Peripheral Interventions focused on the UK & Ireland. This field-based leadership role drives strategy, sales performance, and market development across PI portfolios, aligning with Northern Cluster and global divisional plans.

You will lead sales, marketing and clinical teams to deliver growth, maintain patient safety, and ensure compliance while guiding key accounts and stakeholders in a dynamic, international healthcare

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant commercial experience, including leading diverse teams.
• Fluent English; ability to operate across UK & Ireland in a matrix environment.
• Strong business acumen with growth strategy execution in medical devices/healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the UKI PI strategic plan, annual operating plan and priorities.
• Own business performance across the PI portfolio, monitor forecast gaps and take corrective actions.
• Manage P&L within UKI, forecast revenue and allocate resources to high-value opportunities.
• Lead adoption and growth across the PI franchises with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain market insights, customer priorities and competitor intelligence.
• Partner with Marketing on segmentation, campaigns, launches and education initiatives.
• Build senior relationships with major accounts and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with finance, procurement and other teams on tenders and contracts.
• Ensure patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance in all activities.
