KIMS Hospital Ltd in Kent is seeking an experienced Theatre Practitioner to join our multi-disciplinary Theatres team. You will work flexibly across recovery and scrub, providing high quality care and maintaining patient safety within the theatre unit.

Qualifications
- Be a registered Practitioner (RN or ODP).
- Post-registration clinical experience as a recovery and/or scrub theatre practitioner in an acute hospital.
- Knowledge of clinical governance and its application.
- Practical experience of change management.
- Evidence of continuous professional development and its application.
Responsibilities
- Work primarily as a recovery and scrub practitioner.
- Assess patient care requirements independently and act as a resource for other staff; implement patient care and evaluate outcomes.
- Communicate with Sterile Services, Wards, Imaging to ensure smooth patient care.
- Ensure patient comfort, dignity and privacy are maintained at all times.
