Qualifications
- Post-registration scrub experience in theatre settings.
- Registered Nurse or ODP with perioperative focus.
- Commitment to patient-centred care and confidentiality.
- Experience in orthopaedic scrub and working in NHS/private settings.
Responsibilities
- Providing expert scrub support for general and orthopaedic cases.
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
- Collaborating with Imaging, Wards, and Sterile Services.
- Upholding patient dignity, comfort and confidentiality at all times.
- Adhering to ethical and legal standards in practice.
