Job summary

KIMS Hospital in Maidstone is recruiting a Theatre Practitioner (RGN or ODP) for a full-time, permanent role in our theatres team. You will provide scrub support, participate in perioperative care, and work closely with consultants in a state-of-the-art environment.

The role offers structured development opportunities, a commitment to patient-centred care, and a supportive, collaborative culture. Applicants must have current NMC/HCPC registration and post-registration scrub experience.

Qualifications

• Registered Practitioner (RGN or ODP) with current NMC/HCPC registration.
• Post-registration scrub experience in NHS or private settings.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centred perioperative care and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert scrub support for general and orthopaedic cases.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Collaborate with Imaging, Wards and Sterile Services.
• Maintain patient dignity, confidentiality and safety at all times.
