Spire Bushey Hospital is seeking an orthopaedic scrub perioperative practitioner for its theatre department. The post is full-time, Monday to Saturday with no nights, and the theatre covers orthopaedics alongside bariatric, ENT, urology and spinal work.

Registration with HCPC or NMC is required, with at least two years of major orthopaedic scrub experience. The role involves providing planned perioperative care, assessing patients, delivering care, and supporting quality improvements.

• HCPC registration as an operating department practitioner, or NMC registration as a nurse, without restrictions
• Minimum 2 years' scrub experience in major orthopaedics
• Nice to have Surgical First Assist (SFA) qualification

Spire Bushey Hospital is seeking an orthopaedic scrub perioperative practitioner for its theatre department, one of four sites in its group. The work centres on planned perioperative care, assessing patients across a complex, changing caseload and helping run care in the operating theatre. The post is full‑time, Monday to Saturday with no nights, and the theatre covers orthopaedics alongside bariatric, ENT, urology and spinal work. Fit depends on HCPC or NMC registration without restrictions and at least two years of major orthopaedic scrub experience.
