Job summary

Spire Nottingham Hospital is seeking a Scrub Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner for a full-time theatre position. You will scrub for orthopaedic procedures and assist with perioperative care in a private hospital setting.

Role involves preparing equipment, supporting the theatre team and working with surgeons and anaesthetists. Registration as an RN or ODP is required, and own transport is preferred due to limited public transport.

Qualifications

Job description

This full-time role sits in the theatre team at Spire Nottingham Hospital, a private hospital, and is open to Scrub Nurses or Operating Department Practitioners. The core of the work is scrubbing for orthopaedic procedures such as joint replacements and arthroscopy, plus equipment preparation and team support. No nights, and the post works alongside consultants and anaesthetists in an orthopaedic-focused list. Registration as an RN or ODP is required, and candidates need their own transport due to limited public transport.
