Qualifikationen

• 2+ years designing for social and paid social, at an agency or DTC brand.
• A portfolio of ads that actually ran, ideally with results.
• Strong Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator skills.
• Typography and hierarchy that work on mobile devices.
• Platform know‑how: safe zones, 1:1, 4:5 and 9:16, text on image.
• Pace with standards and organised files.
• You take briefs and make them better.
• Creative thinking with campaign result requirements.
• Motion design experience in After Effects or similar.
• Experience with AI image tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Higgsfield).
• Landing page and Shopify design experience.
