Job summary

Gismart, a value-driven mobile app developer with a London base, seeks a creative Motion Designer to join our team. You will design and animate performance-driven video creatives for Meta, TikTok, Google, AppLovin, and Snapchat, while owning your initiatives from start to finish.

The role emphasizes fast cadence and high-quality output, collaborating with the Creative Producer and UA teams on briefs and rapid iterations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a Motion Designer in marketing (UA is a plus).
• Portfolio showcasing motion design work (performance marketing video ads are a big plus).
• Strong proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro; knowledge of hooks, pacing, retention and CTAs.
• Ability to ship at high cadence without losing quality.
• Basic sound design and mixing skills.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English.

Responsibilities

• Design and animate performance-driven video creatives for Meta, TikTok, Google, AppLovin, and Snapchat.
• Collaborate with the Creative Producer and UA team on briefs, hypotheses, and rapid iterations.
• Adapt winning concepts into multiple variations: hooks, lengths, aspect ratios, languages, audiences.
• Edit footage (UGC, stock, screen captures, app gameplay) into polished, on-brand videos.
• Maintain visual consistency and quality at high cadence, with multiple creatives per week.
• Use AI-powered tools to speed up production where it makes sense.
• Stay current with motion trends and platform-native ad formats.
