Job summary

ROCKETO is seeking a talented Performance Creative Designer to bridge creative and performance, producing paid social content for Optimeal and Rocketo under the Kormotech umbrella. You will report to the Creative Performance Strategist and partner to concept, shoot, design, and iterate on ads that stop thumbs.

You will craft raw, lo-fi, native-feeling content for Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels, staying true to two brand personalities while driving results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in paid social creative, content creation, or performance creative.
• A portfolio that demonstrates range: polished brand creative and scrappy, native-feeling content that actually ran and performed
• Comfortable on camera or behind it. Willing to self-shoot, self-direct, and get hands-on
• Platform-native: you spend time on these platforms personally and you understand how creative behaves on each
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or equivalent editing tools; motion/video skills are a plus
• Familiarity with paid media metrics: CTR, ROAS, hook rate, thumb-stop; and what they mean for creative decisions
• Ability to manage multiple briefs simultaneously across two brands without dropping the ball

Responsibilities

• Concept and produce paid media ads across Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels with lo-fi, native-feeling content.
• Design static ads, carousels, and motion graphics that work within the feed.
• Self-shoot and self-edit content or re-work existing video into new assets.
• Develop hooks obsessively; optimize first two seconds for performance.
• Brainstorming: contribute multiple ideas per concept.
• Collaborate with the Creative Performance Strategist to analyze what's working and why.
• Iterate rapidly with multiple variations for testing while preserving creative integrity.
• Bring data-informed decisions to creative choices.
• Work within brand guidelines and confidently break convention when needed.
• Balance two brands’ personalities without blurring their lines.
