Be-Hookd Ltd is seeking a talented Mid-Weight Designer to join our creative team in a hybrid role within the UK. You will blend graphic design, motion graphics and video editing to craft social-first campaigns across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, with fast-paced, varied projects.

You'll optimise videos for social formats, create assets in Photoshop, animate in After Effects, and contribute to viral content while maintaining strong brand consistency and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Strong background in graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing.
• Experience creating social-first content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

Responsibilities

• Edit and optimise videos for social media formats (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
• Design social assets (posters, banners, images) aligned with brand guidelines.
• Create motion graphics from scratch and animate visuals for posts and ads.
• Develop viral content concepts in collaboration with the social strategy team.
• Refine and polish Keynote decks with consistent branding.
