Job summary

Voy is seeking a Graphic Designer to lead high-impact, performance-driven design across paid social and digital channels, delivering scroll-stopping static and motion work.

You will collaborate with Growth, Copy, and Creative Production to turn insights into bold ideas, maintain brand craft, and drive action through tests and iterations.

This role requires 4+ years in paid/social design, strong Figma skills, and an eye for typography and storytelling in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer in paid social or digital-first design.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma; Adobe Creative Suite experience desirable; After Effects or Premiere Pro a bonus.
• Strong understanding of how creative performs across paid platforms, including formats, placements, and best practices.
• Confident art-directing photography and video with excellent composition, framing, and storytelling.
• Excellent typography, layout, and hierarchy for clear visual communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative thinking and execution for paid social and digital channels, delivering scroll-stopping static and motion-led design.
• Develop insight-led concepts balancing brand and performance, translating growth objectives into visual ideas.
• Own paid creative projects end-to-end, from brief through delivery, iteration, and optimisation.
• Maintain high level of design craft across outputs; assets must be on-brand, platform-native, and performance-optimised.
• Lead art direction for still and motion content from concept to shoot-day direction and post-production feedback.
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and Copywriters to turn insights into high-performing creative.
• Support creative testing roadmaps by producing variations to enable rapid learning and iteration.
• Contribute to improving creative processes and cross-team workflow efficiency.
