Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) Workplace Management is seeking a Performance Manager for UKAEA Culham Campus to lead contract performance, standardise service delivery and drive improvements on-site at Oxfordshire.

You will line-manage up to 8 staff, develop process improvements, audits, document management, and ensure compliance while coordinating with the Account Director and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and contract margin.

Qualifications

• Industry FM experience and relevant qualifications.
• Experience developing policies for FM contracts.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Proven auditing and compliance background.
• Experience leading teams and driving process improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop process solutions and improvement plans for contracts.
• Audit contracts to ensure compliance with procedures.
• Manage the Document Storage Centre and related systems.
• Lead Business Continuity planning and risk management.
• Oversee contract administration and QA processes with the asset manager.
