Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks an experienced Project Manager for the UKAEA Abingdon site to oversee a portfolio of projects from £20k to £5m. You will ensure delivery to health, safety, quality, cost and programme standards, while complying with CDM and NEC3 where applicable.

Qualification in construction trades and strong experience managing across multiple sites is required. Location is on-site in Oxfordshire, with a focus on collaboration with design and client teams to deliver

Qualifications

Senior Project Manager level experience with multi-site builds.
Experience with NEC3 Framework Contract and CS06/ MS18 compliance.
Experience managing health & safety across multiple sites.
Proficiency with project planning software (Asta, MS Projects, Primavera).

Responsibilities

Oversee projects valued £20k to £5m and ensure delivery to client standards.
Provide health and safety leadership on-site and promote safe behaviours.
Support risk management to ensure safe and timely delivery of projects.
Work with NEC3 contracts and client teams to maintain programme and cost plans.
Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships to protect company reputation.
Ensure compliance with HSE, QA, and engineering standards across sites.
