Job summary

Rocking Zebra is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own B2C paid media activity and drive quality leads. You will manage a £1.5m annual budget across Google Ads and Meta, with potential to expand to other platforms, and work with agencies and internal teams to improve ROAS.

The role requires a hands-on approach to testing audiences, creatives and landing pages, plus strong data analytics to optimise spend and performance while supporting organic acquisition through SEO insights.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or similar, agency or client side.
• Strong Google Ads and Meta Ads experience, ideally B2C lead generation.
• Able to manage significant budgets and explain commercial impact.
• Analytical mindset using data and testing to improve results.
• Excellent stakeholder and agency management skills.
• Working knowledge of SEO; experience with SEO platforms is useful.
• Ability to ramp up established campaigns quickly and identify opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise a £1.5m annual paid media budget across paid channels.
• Drive performance across Google Ads and Meta, with expansion to TikTok and other platforms.
• Generate quality enquiries, improve conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs.
• Test audiences, ad formats and landing pages for strongest results.
• Use GA4, Looker Studio, and GTM to turn data into actions.
• Collaborate with agency partners and internal teams to deliver campaigns.
• Support organic acquisition through keyword insights and content optimisation.
• Provide reporting on spend, lead quality, conversion and ROI.
