Are you a Paid Search expert looking to advance your career? Our client, a leading sports brand in aquatics, equestrian, and field sports, is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid search initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a driven, ambitious, and analytical marketer with strong technical skills. You will manage global Paid Search activities across the UK, EU, and US, initially working with an agency and later building your own internal team. Your focus will be on driving demand, conversions, and revenue, aligning with category budgets, ROAS, and CPA targets.

You will report on, analyze, and optimize paid search performance, working closely with product and marketing teams to deliver profitable PPC campaigns. Hands-on experience managing search campaigns on Google and Bing, with attention to detail and a data-driven approach, is essential.
