Base pay range

We're hiring a dynamic, analytics-driven performance marketing manager to help scale our user acquisition efforts across new and established channels. As we expand our reach and dive deeper into performance optimization across multiple platforms, we're growing the team to meet ambitious 2025 goals.

You'll step into a collaborative team and own a key channel, applying your deep experience to supercharge results. You should thrive on data and enjoy translating insights into action.

This role works cross-functionally with creatives, brand marketers, analysts, and engineers to deliver sustainable growth.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Day-to-day management of channels Manage day-to-day operations across multiple paid performance platforms, handling creative testing, optimisation's, reporting, and innovation. As the resident channel expert, you'll confidently answer questions, own performance, and push to stay ahead of the competition
  • Experimentation & Optimisation Constantly test and refine tactics—whether creative approaches, bidding strategies, or targeting techniques—to increase efficiency and scale
  • Leading Projects You won't just run ads—you'll lead initiatives. Think landing page testing, channel expansions, or funnel enhancements. You'll have the freedom to pitch ideas and bring them to life
  • Performance Analysis Own reporting. While this role doesn't require full analyst credentials, you should be confident using digging into data to surface trends, evaluate success, and inform direction


Requirements

  • Min 3-4+ years managing paid performance channels
    • For a B2C business or agency
    • Preferably in mobile/app first company
    • Bonus points if you've marketed products in the financial services space
  • Proven ability to collaborate closely across creative and analytical teams to create marketing which grabs attention and delivers the highest performance
  • Strong creative instincts and a proven ability to partner closely with design and content teams
  • Comfortable with data, able to interpret campaign results and deliver clear insights
  • Passion for experimentation and pushing boundaries on what's possible with performance marketing

Benefits

Salary: £50-60,000 depending on experience
