Operating successfully with a globally distributed team since 2017, Smile now seeks a Performance Marketing Manager.

The Role

Objectives

We seek a performance marketer with proven experience in driving growth through paid channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, TikTok, and others. You will be responsible for driving revenue and sales for our dental cover products, reporting to the Head of Marketing, and working within the Retail and Corporate Dental Cover divisions. The role is full-time, 40 hours/week, with at least 6 hours overlapping with 8 am-5 pm GMT+10 (Brisbane, Australia).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid search and social campaigns to acquire and retain members.
• Create platform-specific ad creatives and optimize campaigns for ROI, click-through rates, and cost per acquisition.
• Coordinate with sales and creative teams to align messaging and improve campaign performance.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize landing pages.
• Manage the entire marketing funnel, from lead generation to conversion, monitoring key metrics and troubleshooting issues.
• Manage budgets effectively across campaigns and channels.
• Implement A/B testing and develop hypotheses for continuous improvement.
• Generate regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
• Explore new advertising platforms and opportunities for growth.

KPIs

• Growth in dental cover sales and customer acquisition.
• Return on Investment (ROI) and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) optimization.
