The Role

Objectives

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in performance marketing, utilizing platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, TikTok, etc., to increase revenue and sales for dental cover products.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this full-time role involves managing campaigns across various channels, with a focus on ROI and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid search and social campaigns to acquire and retain customers.
• Create platform-specific ad creatives and strategies.
• Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaigns for ROI, click-through rates, and cost per acquisition.
• Collaborate with sales, design, content, and IT teams to align messaging and optimise the sales funnel.
• Manage budgets effectively across campaigns.
• Implement A/B testing and develop hypotheses for continuous improvement.
• Generate performance reports and insights regularly.
• Explore new advertising platforms and opportunities.
