The Role
ROLE OBJECTIVES
This performance profile seeks to attract a performance marketer with a proven track record of driving business growth using paid tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, TikTok, and other paid marketing platforms.
As a performance marketer, you will be accountable for driving revenue and sales for Retail Dental Cover and Corporate Dental Cover.
This role will report to the Head of Marketing and will be part of the Retail Dental Cover & Corporate Dental Cover Divisions. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with at least 6 hours of overlap between 8 am-5 pm GMT+10 (Brisbane, Australia).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid search strategies aligned with business goals to increase member acquisition across Google, Bing, and other search platforms.
- Develop and execute paid social campaigns to acquire new members and retain existing ones.
- Create platform-specific ad creatives (videos and static) for channels like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize PPC campaigns to maximize ROI, improve click-through rates, and reduce cost per acquisition.
- Collaborate with sales to align messaging and drive enterprise growth.
- Conduct keyword research, manage bids, ad copy, and landing page optimization.
- Manage paid social campaigns to maximize ROI and reduce CPA, optimizing targeting and creatives.
Own the Complete Funnel
- Generate leads and revenue through targeted campaigns at all funnel stages.
- Track performance daily from impressions to conversions.
- Identify opportunities and troubleshoot issues at campaign and website levels.
- Report insights regularly to improve performance.
- Work with stakeholders to address funnel concerns.
Budget Management
- Manage PPC and paid social budgets effectively for optimal performance.
Testing
- Develop hypotheses and implement testing plans.
- Coordinate A/B testing of ads and bidding strategies to improve results.
Performance Reporting
- Generate reports on PPC metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
- Report on paid social campaign metrics for continuous improvement.
Hunt for New Platforms
- Explore new paid platforms and channels for growth.
- Drive revenue with experimentation and data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with SEO and marketing teams for strategy alignment.
- Communicate performance and insights to stakeholders.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- Acquisition: Grow Smile Dental Cover sales month-on-month.
- ROI: Measure revenue from campaigns, improve customer lifetime value.
- CAC: Optimize cost to acquire new members within budget.
