The Role

ROLE OBJECTIVES

This performance marketing role seeks an experienced marketer with a proven track record in driving business growth using paid platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, TikTok, and others.

You will be responsible for driving revenue and sales for Retail Dental Cover and Corporate Dental Cover, reporting to the Head of Marketing, and working within the Retail and Corporate divisions. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with at least 6 hours overlapping with 8 am-5 pm GMT+10 (Brisbane, Australia).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid search and social campaigns to increase member acquisition and retention.
• Create platform-specific ad creatives and detailed plans for channels like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize PPC and paid social campaigns for ROI, click-through rates, and CPA.
• Collaborate with sales and other teams to align messaging and strategies.
• Conduct keyword research, manage bids, ad copy, and landing pages.
• Develop lead and revenue generation campaigns across the funnel.
• Maintain a comprehensive view of campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and report insights.
• Manage budgets effectively across campaigns and channels.
• Implement testing hypotheses, coordinate A/B testing, and optimize creatives and bids.
• Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Explore new platforms and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams, and align with SEO and broader marketing strategies.
