Performance Marketing Manager | Tech Startup | London – Hybrid | Up to £60,000
Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager
Location: Central London - Hybrid, 3 days/week in office
Salary: £55,000 – 60,000 per annum
Reporting To: Chief Product & Growth Officer
Futureheads has once again partnered with a well-funded startup business that’s on a mission to make car maintenance as easy as ordering a takeaway!
Their service is already live in both the UK and France, where it’s partnered with 350+ garages, completed over 100,000 customer bookings and received more than 4000 5-star TrustPilot reviews. However, they have ambitious plans for further growth and to help them on this journey, they’re looking to add a talented Performance Marketing Manager to their small London team.
This is a chance to take full ownership of their performance & growth marketing; leading the strategy and execution of paid acquisition efforts, manage budgets, optimize campaigns and provide regular in-depth reports. This role is ideal for someone with deep PPC experience, a strong ROI mindset, and a proven track record of managing and scaling paid and affiliate campaigns across multiple channels.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on PPC.
Proven ability to optimize paid campaigns at scale and drive measurable results.
Experience managing affiliate marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
Demonstratable experience managing and allocating budgets.
Solid understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, and digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Excel/Sheets).
Mix of in-house and agency experience.
Highly organized and results-oriented, with excellent attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Bonus: Fluency in a second language, especially French, is a strong plus
