Sitting within the Sun Business Unit at News UK, Sun Publishing is responsible for sales, operations, commercial product strategy, and partnerships across The Sun’s platforms. Our team works collaboratively to create compelling digital strategies that drive revenue and user engagement.
Your Role: As Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing the performance marketing strategy across digital channels (paid + onsite) aimed at driving membership conversion. Your focus will be on increasing awareness, engagement, and ultimately, conversion to paid memberships. You will lead A/B testing initiatives, optimise digital marketing campaigns, and leverage data-driven insights to personalise user experiences. Hands-on experience with platforms such as Meta is essential. You will collaborate closely with The Sun’s Head of Digital Marketing and key internal teams to enhance user experience, improve conversion rates, and maximise ROI.

We offer a flexible working arrangement: Employees are expected to be in the office a minimum of three days per week. For the remaining two days, there is the option to work remotely if desired.
